Hello! I'm Iulia Pittman
Linguist, educator, and multilingual speaker
I am a Professor of German and Linguistics, and for over two decades, I have worked in the field of multilingualism and language development, combining research, teaching, and practical experience. As a multilingual speaker myself and a parent in a multilingual family, I understand both the practical and personal dimensions of this work.
I work with families who want to raise children in more than one language and are looking for a clear, realistic approach that fits their daily life. My work is grounded in research but always focused on what works in practice. Every family’s situation is different, and my goal is to help you find an approach that is both effective and sustainable. Families I work with often come to me with complex or uncertain situations, and part of the process is simply making sense of what’s already happening.
